Meet Your Air Source One Team
Jeff Innes has over 20 years of aerospace experience, beginning in manufacturing with Rolls-Royce T56 engine spares and Hamilton Sundstrand 54H60 propeller components. His hands-on work in FAA-certified repair stations built his expertise in quality, compliance, and technical precision. He later expanded into parts brokerage, distribution, and supply-chain operations. Three years ago, Jeff founded Air Source One Aerospace, supplying hard-to-find aircraft parts. He has since added Air Source One Repair and Overhaul and is now developing Air Source One Aerospace Manufacturing to produce legacy and out-of-production components. He continues to lead the ASO group with a focus on legacy support, manufacturing excellence, and sustainable growth.
Jim Cole leads the shop with over 45 years of combined military and commercial aviation experience. After more than 20 years in the U.S. Air Force specializing in aircraft maintenance and structural repair, he spent an additional two decades supporting VIP and commercial aircraft. As an FAA Certified Inspector, A&P Technician, and Commercial Pilot, Jim brings extensive technical and regulatory expertise. His leadership and precision ensure every Air Source One project meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, and craftsmanship.
Mellisa Innes brings over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and strategic business development. She has played a key role in shaping the company’s brand and market strategy, helping Air Source One deliver reliable, innovative solutions worldwide. Known for blending analytical insight with creative strategy, Mellisa strengthens industry relationships and drives the company’s ongoing commitment to excellence and its reputation as a trusted global aviation partner.
Rebecca Hyder oversees daily operations and administrative functions, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and consistently reliable service. With more than a decade of experience in business management, finance, and organizational leadership, she brings precision, accountability, and strategic insight to the company. Her strengths in process improvement, compliance, and client relations help reinforce Air Source One’s commitment to operational excellence and trusted performance.
